This easy to grow shrub has fine branches with yellow green foliage and small white flowers. Often called baby's breath spirea because of it's small pretty delicate flowers, 'Ogon' is a golden-leaved variety. Foliage emerges golden yellow in spring, and matures to bright green in summer. Leaves turn interesting shades of orange in fall making this and easy to care for plant with season long interest. The leaves of 'Ogon' have a wispy willow-like appearance making for a delicate appearing plant, but in actually it is one of the hardiest plants you will find. Golden spring foliage color gives way to chartreuse-green if plants are sited in part shade conditions.
