Received a very nice tree. Much bigger than expected. Shipped quickly and packaged with care. It is still dormant so waiting to see it come to life. Very happy with my purchase.

These guys were wrapped up like they were babies. A lot of care was put in to make sure they arrived in great condition. They were shipped and received on the date that was given to me when I purchased them. I am very pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend this nursery. Good customer service is very important to me.

I was truly pleased with the size and healthy appearance of the tree. Being my first time to order from New Blooms I was a bit apprehensive. Tree was packaged very well in a good size box with a large bamboo stake for preventing breakage. Roots were well packaged in moist paper pouch wrapped in plastic. Good instructions provided for planting. I immediately prepared a large hole with compost and planted the tree.

I have been an unusually needy customer because of very special needs and requests trying to pull off the perfect Birthday gift. Travis has gone way above and beyond to accommodate and see to it every little thing worked out right!

Received two trees recently, very good size, roots looked pretty big and healthy. Overall trees look healthy, but they are bareroot, hope they can flourish next year.
