When does it ship?
The pink flowers of neon flash present an explosion of multicolored spring blooms. This easy to grow and care for shrub will bring vibrant color to any garden. Grows best in full sun and is deer and rabbit resistant. Grows easily in our Southern Indiana conditions and is drought tolerant once established. For beginners looking for a fast growing plant with lots of color this is a great choice.
