A new series of coreopsis offers longer blooming and larger flowers than traditional flowers. The cream and red flowers are bring a subtle beauty to the garden in the mid-summer months. Easy to grow this is a very rewarding plant for beginners and the tightly mounded plants keep your garden looking clean and organized. At 12 to 14 inches these plants are great for the front of a garden bed, along walkways, and sitting behind a ground cover or low growing plant.

Tickseed makes a great cut flowers and the long lasting blooms will keep your garden looking great through much of the year. Native to North America, when it comes to disease resistance and ease of care coreopsis is hard to beat. Grow in full sun and soil that drains in the winter months.
